About Mira K. Cohen, LMSW
- Licensed Master Social Work, State of Connecticut

- Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance
- Certified mindfulness instructor through Breathe for Change, a program that teaches educators how to incorporate mindfulness and yoga in the classroom.
- Life experience. Like many who are neurodivergent, I’ve participated in multiple camps, therapies, social skills groups, and educational opportunities over the years. This allows me to pass on what I’ve found to be the most helpful.
Important: I’m a licensed social worker, not a licensed mental health care professional. All of my clients will be encouraged to seek professional mental health care if they indicate that their needs are beyond the scope of my current practice.

McKenna Vincelette
Communications Coordinator
Diagnosed with ADHD at 18, McKenna struggled through high school. She decided to join BYB to help others have a better experience than she did. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching Netflix, spending time with family and friends, and going to Disney World!

Lauren Wall
Content Consultant
Lauren Wall is an undergraduate neuroscience major at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a co-coordinator of the Bruin Neurodiversity Collective, an academic and social support group for neurodivergent UCLA students. Her research interests include the neural circuitry of autism and ADHD. As a neurodivergent student herself, she is thrilled to work with BYB’s creative team!
